I wouldn't worry about that here. We have a CI job that tests Debusine
against the latest versions of all our dependencies from PyPI (unless we
add explicit pinning to avoid that, which is rare), and it's happy with
the latest version of fabric. And in any case we only use fabric in a
very simple way.
