Hi,
python-pcre2 FTBFS with pcre10.47 (tested in debusine[0]). PCRE2
upstream has investigated the issue and sent python-pcre2 upstream a PR[1].
The issue is that the arguments to pcre2_substitute() must exactly match
a prior call to pcre2_match(), if you pass in PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_MATCHED.
This was documented but not enforced prior to 10.47, but is now also
enforced.
