This is https://salsa.debian.org/freexian-team/debusine/-/issues/1065, which Stefano (CCed) fixed a few weeks ago. He's been holding off on a new release while investigating a different and more elusive occasional test failure, but I think at this point we should probably just go ahead and do a new release anyway to reduce noise.
