Hi, Nabu maintainer here.
I would advise to use the latest stable version of nabu (2025.1.1) if possible. Version 2024.2 still uses numpy 1.X, which does not even ship wheels anymore, making it difficult to test now.
The package nxtomo 3.0.0-dev1 is still a development version (i.e version 3.0 is not released yet) ; does debian use these development packages for testing ?
Other question, I read that this issue is blocking for scipy. But nabu depends on scipy, not the other way around, is there something I missed ?
Thanks you, Best regards Pierre Paleo On Sat, 01 Nov 2025 12:05:06 +0100 Drew Parsons <[email protected]> wrote: > Source: nabu > Version: 2024.2.1-1 > Severity: serious > Justification: debci > > nabu has started failing tests in debci, > apparently due to the new nxtomo 3.0.0~dev1-1 which has just migrated > to testing. > > Perhaps the latest nabu release fixes it. > > Marking severity: serious since it blocks other packages (scipy) from > migrating. > >
