Package: man-db
Version: 2.13.1-1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

to see warnings from "groff" both the man option "--warning"
(or the groff option "-w...")
and the environment variable "MAN_KEEP_STDERR" must be present.

When only one of them is active, man should send a warning, and an
explanation (and abort?).
