Epic4-help is now prepared as NMU in
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/epic4-help
Debdiff does not show differences and its lintian-clean + Salsa CI.
I tend to simply close bug #151947 - or at least tag it moreinfo
and set severity to minor.
Just take your time and let me know if its fine for you that I
do an NMU.
