Well, it is Debian package now (http://packages.debian.org/kde-style-klearlook), but I am the maintainer :-(. However, I am not a programmer, so I have not clue, what's going on. I send a message to the upstream, and I will see what happens. Weird, in the final count I have reported bug to myself ;-).
