Dear Maintainer,
If you use the passdb ldap { ... } format the "ldap_bind" inside the
brackets is incorrect, correct is "bind"

I try to keep the example-format where possible and adapt my
configuration to this.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Update to Dovecot 2.4.
