inside the source code of the manual page, it does not make sense to patch the manual page. In this case either the rst (source) file is broken or the converter. Please check if the conversion from the latest rst file [1] using the rst2man from python3-docutils still generates the same broken page. If yes, the issue probably goes to python3-docutils.
