Dear Maintainer,

I would like to salvage this package[1] as I feel like it has been
neglected by its maintainer:
- There are multiple new upstream releases (0.6.6 now) which have not been
  uploaded[2]
- The latest upload[3], which was for a new upstream release is an NMU from
me that has not been acknowledged.
- The last activity from the maintainer on this package was to file RC bugs
to remove it from trixie on account of lagging too many versions
  behind upstream.

I intend to maintain this package under the Debian Hyprland maintainers
team[4]. Please respond within 21 days if you wish to terminate or
expedite this process. In the meantime, I have pushed packaging updates
for the new upstream release to the VCS repo for this package[5], and
confirmed that it builds and works in unstable.
