FWIW, you can run win11 without TPM or UEFI just fine (and it will boot significantly faster). Use IoT version of win11 for that. Speaking of this missing dependency on ipxe roms, it will be added back in the next trixie point release (13.3), a few months from now. Until then, please install ipxe-qemu package manually - it's a rather trivial work-around (though it isn't easy to find, unfortunately, due to very difficult to find logs). Thanks, /mjt
