I just realized that this package was used (maybe still is) also with daemontools-run, so it's probably better to avoid runit-sepcific code and just update the package description and provide instructions with the README.Debian. Would be still nice to switch to the metafiles interface so that users of other init systems will get services-restart action during upgrades, but I'm leaving this as future enhancement for now.
