Dear Maintainer,

I'm reviewing all the dependencies on transitional python3-tz.

About one third of those are useless like here,
and the two other thirds should be changed to python3-pytz.

I pushed this one change to Salsa CI
+ the absolute bare minimum accompagning CI changes
to prove the python3-tz dependency is not needed
anymore by having a successfull CI.

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-graphene/-/pipelines/981533

Please consider an upload at your best convenience.

After having processed all the team-managed packages
I will also review individually the other packages
and file appropriate bugs.

("grep -r pytz" is not hard science)

Alike "dateutil", "pytz" usefullness is a bit dimmed
by current modern Python3 stdlib and in some
cases it got dropped altogether.

This Debian transition is the perfect "moment of truth"
to check wether pytz is still used or no.

The lintian messages gives the incentive to blindly
replace python3-tz with python3-pytz, which is not optimal.

This is "my fault" too, as an oversight this MR
should have include some more insightfull message:
https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/-/merge_requests/625/diffs

Better to get this out of the radar altogether,
but I'm always open to _better_ ideas.

Greetings

Alexandre
