This is generated from the package description, so the way to update it is to update the package description. (I do not intend to update it for stable releases, in which we only make certain limited kinds of changes.)
after "Besides these, ..." some entities are missing, like (some of them are not in the older versions) chem gdiffmk glilypond gperl gpinyin grap2graph hdtbl installfont (new in next version) mm mom rfc1345 sboxes The list should be sorted alphabetically. The standard macro packages should be listed.
I don't agree with listing auxiliary macro packages such as rfc1345 and sboxes here; those are adequately documented in groff_tmac(5), and there is no obligation for the package description to list every minute feature of a package (indeed it's often a bad idea to do so, due to flooding readers with mostly-useless information). Also rfc1345 is in fact in groff-base, not groff.
Since the package description currently lists supplementary programs, I suppose it would make sense to flesh out that list with the entries above that are actually programs and not macro packages, though, and I'll do so.
I'll add a brief mention of me, mm, mom, and ms, although due to their short names I somewhat doubt that this will significantly improve searchability, which is the most important purpose of the package description.
This is about as far as I'm willing to go: I think there's arguably too much information there already.
