today xwit came up as a candidate for the Bug of the Day[1]. I realised that you maintain this package in Salsa[2] but this is not declared in Vcs fields. I have forked[3] your repository, pointed the Vcs fields to your repository, updated the packaging and closed two open bugs (#928241 and this one in To.) It seems your repository has not enabled merge requests - at least I do not see any options to create one. I would love to close the bugs by uploading but want to hear your confirmation first. I would also hope Mikko could check the packaging and confirm that his patch (thank you for this) works as expected. I would wait some time and NMU with the status in Git[3]. Another option would be to move the repository into Debian team space and orphan the package. I would be happy if you be clear about your plans with this package. Kind regards Andreas.
