Dear Maintainer, Usage of "pytz" is now fading away. https://dev.lutece.paris.fr/sonar/coding_rules?open=ipython%3AS6890&rule_key=ipython%3AS6890 "turing" has moved away from pytz too it seems. The "requirements.txt" looks stale and need some little trimming upstream. On the Debian side, please drop the one extraneous python3-tz line from d/control.
