This package has a direct Build-Depends on the dbus package. This is probably a larger dependency than it really needs, and could interfere with use of the dbus-broker package as a system bus. For details of how to replace this dependency, please see: https://salsa.debian.org/utopia-team/dbus/-/blob/debian/unstable/debian/replacing-dbus-dependency.txt?ref_type=heads I would guess that dbus-daemon is probably a more appropriate dependency here, but I haven't inspected the source code in detail.
