Package: libesd0-dev Version: 0.2.36-3 Severity: wishlist Hi,
There are spurious dependencies in the output of esd-config --libs: -L/usr/lib -lesd -laudiofile -lm -laudiofile -lm are _not_ needed in --libs (since the esd interface doesn't need -laudiofile -lm functions) and just bring unneeded dependencies. They should be used only for linking libesd.so itself, and put in esd-config --libs --static (for static linking).
