pangomm cannot cross built from source, because its libxml-parser-perl dependency is not cross-satisfiable. libxml-parser-perl is being requested for the host architecture, but a foreign perl installation is not currently possible. It really is needed for running gmmproc during build, so it should be requested for the build architecture. Once doing so, pangomm cross builds successfully.
