Hi, webalizer is orphaned upstream and as far as I can guess also orphaned by its Debian maintainers (last upload 8 years ago, survived due to a series of NMUs, RC bug #1075635 "webalizer: ftbfs with GCC-14" with no answer since 1.5 years). The fork awffull is in Debian and while being maintained by QA team and orphaned upstream as well it does at least not use libdb5.3.
So this might be some kind of migration path for webalizer users who do not want to consider more modern solutions. Kind regards Andreas. -- https://fam-tille.de
