Control: reopen -1
Control: retitle -1 RFS: emacs-gptel/0.9.9.3-1 [ITP] -- Interact with ChatGPT
or other LLMs in Emacs

It looks like when an uploaded package on mentors is unattended for >200
days it will be removed, which will also trigger that associated RFS bug
to be closed. I can understand the intention to not having too many
unattended RFS bugs and mentors uploaded to pile up and rot, still it
feels a bit demoralizing. Would be great if the script can first prompt
the submitter to reupload to mentors to show that the uploader is still
interested, and after another delay (e.g. 7 days) to close the bugs.

Meanwhile I have updated the package to the latest upstream version and
reuploaded to mentors.
