An RFP for arduino-cli has been filed and obbardc and myself will be working on it in forky.

Hi,

I just uploaded arduino-cli to NEW; thanks to Nicolas for doing most of the work leading to that. Once it has been accepted I won't be objecting to a removal of arduino-builder.
