I can understand the rationale behind your bug report. But the shortcut system is different ;) If you go to Systemsettings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts you see that Alt+Ctrl+T is assigned to launch konsole and not to start the default terminal. So as a workaround you need add the Shortcut to launch Alacritty. And than you should create a bugreport on kde bugtracker: bugs.kde.org and post the link here in the bugreport, so we can track when KDE is fixing this. Best regards, hefee -- On Sonntag, 28.
