After commit 4ac4c7ba46 "d/tests: Add tests to validate that all files referenced by descriptors are present", autopkgtests always fail with failure to find qemu-system-aarch64 binary, for example, https://ci.debian.net/packages/e/edk2/testing/amd64/67506942/ : 111s pexpect.exceptions.ExceptionPexpect: The command was not found or was not executable: qemu-system-aarch64. (hopefully this is the failing place). It looks like qemu-system-aarch64 should be in deps of the new test(s) too, - maybe others as well.
