I think we should close this bug. A lot has changed in Debian and GNOME since 2010. One very recent change in GNOME 49 is that the login screen's accessibility menu is a lot easier to reach with the keyboard than it used to be. I suggest that new bugs be filed if there are additional things that should be done to improve accessibility by default. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
