Control: retitle -1 debsecan: Missing support for bookworm (oldstable) and trixie (stable)

At least it doesn't throw an error. Good to know. My issue is definitely with debconf, when I run 'dpkg-reconfigure debsecan' I can only choose bullseye, no option for bookworm and trixie.
