Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce the problem locally, so I can't provide more details.I have noticed that the same issues appears on ppc64el, also the problem predates the glibc 2.42 upload and is even present in trixie: https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/stable/ppc64el/z/zvbi/67506584/log.gz
Sorry for my slow reply. I am unable to reproduce the issue locally. I do not think it is specific to glibc 2.42. Likely, it is something with the chroot configuration. There is a build test (test-pdc) in zvbi that also has issues only in a chroot. This is a very basic test for checking the script prints help, so it is unlikely this should cause an out of memory issue. Since this is a simple test, I am fine with removing it from the autopkgtest. -- Ileana Dumitrescu GPG Public Key: FA26 CA78 4BE1 8892 7F22 B99F 6570 EA01 146F 7354
