Hi,
there are reverse dependencies that need to be taken care of:

spfft: librocfft-dev


In case they matter, this needs to be addressed first. Please remove the 
moreinfo tag once that is done.

PS: Yes, each removal needs its own bug. Having all bugs in the correct 
order accelerates things.
