Upgrading to 0.8.45, boot would pause for a long time trying to start ntpd

ineffective)?
either downgrading to 0.8.44 or removing the eth1 entries in /etc/network
interfaces
* What was the outcome of this action?
either of the above actions fixed the long pause issue.
