Bug#1125145: gnome-recipes FTCBFS: missing Build-Depends: libglib2.0-dev

While fixing #1103916, a dependency on libglib2.0-dev:native was
introduced but not recorded in debian/control. I'm attaching a patch
for your convenience. Once applying it, gnome-recipes actually does
cross build.
