python-pyflake has Build-Depends on
python3-pyflakes (<< 3.3),
python3-pyflakes (>= 3.2),
and similarly the binary packages Depends on
python3-pyflakes (<< 3.3),
python3-pyflakes (>= 3.2),
but this makes python3-flake8 uninstallable after the upload of
python3-pyflakes 3.4.0-1 to unstable.
Are the upper bounds still correct (and needed in light of the
original #1057968?
