What architecture are you building on? Correct me if I'm wrong,but
"md" is the Sega Mega Drive core, right? This is disabled in d/rules
until it can be established that the build architecture supports
128-bit integers. If support is detected (for example on a 64-bit
arch like amd64), the the md core is added. If you are building on
amd64 and seeing this core disabled then I can't reproduce this,
sorry.

As for the n64 core, it was originally disabled because of it
detecting and targeting SSE4.1 instructions. I am starting a
conversation on the debian-devel-games mailing list about this. Feel
free to join but, for what it's worth, this is a deliberate
omission for now.
