This leads to users making bug reports on npm GitHub repo that have already been fixed upstream potentially years ago. A side effect is that Fedora based distros become a better platform to use npm than Debian based distros (such as Ubuntu). If the package can't be upgraded, I believe the package should eventually be removed from forky/sid.
