please find attached a patch that I have prepared for your convenience.The changes include that dh_installsystemd is called from debian/rules with --no-enable, --no-start, and --restart-after-upgrade so that irtt.service is not enabled and started by default (e.g., on the client side), but a package upgrade would also trigger a restart of 'irtt server' if the service was enabled and/or started by a user. In addition, I have added debian/irtt.install to simplify debian/rules, and I have also added debian/irtt.examples to have the sysvinit and openrc scripts also included in the binary package for users that live without systemd.
