src:jupyter-server is a key package, so it won't be automatically removed. It turns out that this was allowed to happen because python3-sphinxcontrib.openapi is annotated with <!nodoc>. Please consider help fixing sphinxcontrib.openapi or (less pretty I bet) adapt src:jupyter-server to not require sphinxcontrib.openapi for building.
