Dear Lintian Maintainers, Please rename existing tag "debhelper-package-does-not-use-debhelper-or-cdbs" as "debhelper-package-does-not-use-debhelper". The current name implicitely set the two build systems on equal footing, which is not fair as CDBS is now going away. I'm cc-ing Lucas because this might break https://trends.debian.net/ until he fix it. Greetings Alexandre
