Package src:btm no longer need newer revision of toml_edit v0.22, but
instead need newer minor version v0.24.
Repurposing this bugreport to track that different need (as apparently,
based on affects hinting, no other packages had a similar need).
I've uploaded the new version to experimental, will upload it to unstable
once btm is fixed to build with it (trivial dependency patch)
