python3-tz is a dummy empty transitional package that does nothing but pulling in python3-pytz. We are trying to get rid of old transitional packages. Please tweak d/control accordingly. Even better: let dh-python handle this dependency automatically, just remove python3-tz and dh-python will compute the correct python3-pytz dependency by itself. Greetings Alexandre
