Bug#1083421: Bug belongs to pkg-resources, not to missing glue command

Control: retitle -1 glueviz: (build-)depends on deprecated module 
python3-pkg-resources

This bug originally belongs to the deprecated module python3-pkg-
resources; the discussion about the missing "glue" command only slided
in. As discussed here, the "glue" command is gone here on purpose and
will reappear in the "python3-glue-qt" package, see #1099324. I am 
working on it.
