The original MBF was in 2024/10 I cannot find the original discussion neither on debian-devel nor on debian-mentors, this must have happened way earlier or face to face at DebConf I copied the text from the original MBF and updated it. There was no URL pointing back to a discussion in the original MBF so I omitted nothing that was there.
