Actually there are other packages with the same issue, e.g.
firebird4.0 (4.0.6.3221.ds6-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* -examples: replace firebird4.0-dev recommendation with firebird-dev.
Thanks to Carles Pina i Estany (Closes: #1113833)
* convert debian/watch to version 5

libx11 (2:1.8.12-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream release.
* 001_ximcp-hide-internal-functions.diff: Dropped, upstream.

motif (2.3.8-5) unstable; urgency=medium
* Build with -std=gnu17 to avoid FTBFS with GCC 15
(Closes: #1097415)
* Use the same flags during the autopkgtest
* Update debian/copyright
* Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2, no changes
while these should just be "Binary NMU" entries.
For the upgrade of firebird4.0 4.0.6.3221.ds6-2 to 4.0.6.3221.ds6-2+b1,
this is worse as it not listed among the "Binary NMU" entries. If I
just select the packages corresponding to firebird4.0, I just get the
above entry for firebird4.0 4.0.6.3221.ds6-2, not the one for
firebird4.0 4.0.6.3221.ds6-2+b1.
