Hello Adi I've prepared a build for fixing this issue which I recently opened by uploading 2.5-4~deb11u1 to bullseye.
Can you check version https://people.debian.org/~abhijith/upload/gs-testing/osslsigncode_2.5-4~deb11u1+really2.9-1+deb11u2_amd64.deb is Ok for you. If yes, I will upload to bullseye. Thank you.
