Dear maintainer: While trying to build this package in a chroot I noticed this in the build log: syntax error, unexpected WORD_WORD, expecting SCAN_ATTR or SCAN_DATASET or SCAN_ERROR context: <!DOCTYPE^ HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"><html><head><title>503 Service Unavailable</title></head><body><h1>Service Unavailable</h1><p>The server is temporarily unable to service yourrequest due to maintenance downtime or capacityproblems. Please try again later.</p><hr><address>Apache Server at ferret.pmel.noaa.gov Port 80</address></body></html> which means the build process is trying to access ferret.pmel.noaa.gov on port 80, which is Internet access and it's forbidden by policy. [ Note: In some cases I've seen issues like this one being fixed by adding docbook-xml to Build-Depends, but unfortunately doing that does not seem to fix the problem ]. Thanks.
