Unfortunately gcc-defaults removing gcc-multilib on s390x has been
uploaded without coordination, and there is currently no plan to revert
that.

At this stage I am not sure what can be done. The removal made zlib
unbuildable on s390x (well technically gcc-defaults is marked as failed
in wanna-build so it hasn't happened yet), so fixing it probably the way
to go. But be aware that stopping building lib32z1 on s390x will make
gcc-15 uninstallable, which will prevent zlib migrating to testing.

Regards
Aurelien
