It fails for me 100% there on testing/unstable. I have 1200 buster boxes still .. I could test there too ;-)
If we look a the much bigger picture, maybe the problem that patch from #466360 (circa 2008) tried to solve simply does not exists anymore nowadays with current "3.0 (quilt)" archives that actualy does not involve quilt itself. Greetings
