Control: affects 1126007 + src:libcloudproviders

libcloudproviders fails to cross build from source. When it runs
gdbus-codegen, the command line is looking weird containing the input
file twice and gdbus-codegen is not happy about the excess arguments.
The root cause here is that meson enters a compatibility code path when
it checks for the native glib2.0 and finds none. Once depending on it,
meson detects a sensible version and constructs a sensible gdbus-codegen
invocation. It then fails due to #1126007. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
