(I was about to file an out-of-date bug against pycares, but it seems
the discussion is already ongoing).
Oh, I shouldn't have NMU this package then? Sorry for this. I found it
broken, with 2 RC, so I thought it was the correct thing to do. If we
need to, I can revert my upload and upload a 4.0.0+release+3.6.1-1.
