Package: apt-listbugs Version: 0.1.44 Followup-For: Bug #1125030 Hi,
I see the same problem appearing with 0.1.42 and 0.1.44. Two older unstable VMs that I hadn't run for a couple months, so a ton of packages need updating. But both bring up this error consistently, but also not always... I can run 20 apt-listbugs in a row, not a problem, and the 21st fails, and then the next attempt the 7th fails, or the 3rd. So, my money is on a problem with the actual SOAP server/interface. I also just now in trying to add to this bug thread encountered problems with the BTS. Namely, a 503 unavailable error. In a soap call inside debianbts.py. Just once, but it supports the "it's a server problem" hypothesis. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.12.6-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: sysvinit (via /sbin/init) Versions of packages apt-listbugs depends on: ii apt 2.9.21 ii distro-info 1.12 ii ruby 1:3.1 ii ruby-debian 0.3.10+b9 ii ruby-gettext 3.4.9-1 ii ruby-soap4r 2.0.5-8 ii ruby-unicode 0.4.4.4-1+b5 ii ruby-xmlparser 0.7.3-4+b4 Versions of packages apt-listbugs recommends: ii ruby-httpclient 2.8.3+git20211122.4658227-1 pn ruby-sys-proctable <none> Versions of packages apt-listbugs suggests: ii chromium [www-browser] 131.0.6778.204-1 ii elinks [www-browser] 0.18.0-1 ii firefox [www-browser] 106.0-1 ii lynx [www-browser] 2.9.2-1 ii reportbug 13.0.2 ii sensible-utils 0.0.24 ii w3m [www-browser] 0.5.3+git20230121-2.1 ii xdg-utils 1.2.1-2 -- no debconf information
