Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? I performed a daily upgrade of my system (Debian Forky), when after rebooting and logging in, gnome-shell crashed. Turning off my headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4) fixed the issue, but subsequently when trying to reconnect it, it would crash gnome-shell. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Ran `wpctl settings --save bluetooth.autoswitch-to-headset-profile false` * What was the outcome of this action? It stoped gnome-shell from crashing, even when reconnecting and between boots. -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.18.6-x64v3-xanmod1 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_ZA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_ZA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages wireplumber depends on: ii dbus-user-session [default-dbus-session-bus] 1.16.2-2+b1 ii init-system-helpers 1.69 ii libc6 2.42-10+b1 ii libglib2.0-0t64 2.86.3-4 ii libpipewire-0.3-0t64 1.4.10-1 ii libwireplumber-0.5-0 0.5.13-1 ii pipewire 1.4.10-1 Versions of packages wireplumber recommends: ii pipewire-pulse 1.4.10-1 Versions of packages wireplumber suggests: ii libspa-0.2-bluetooth 1.4.10-1 ii libspa-0.2-libcamera 1.4.10-1 pn wireplumber-doc <none> -- no debconf information
