The binutils package is not binNMU-safe. When doing a binNMU, the architecture-specific changelog is installed verbatim into a shared location. The accepted solution is to separate the architecture-specific binNMU entry to an architecture-dependent path. This presently causes an co-installation failure in forky where binutils was binNMUed.
